Artist, Sculptor, Illustrator

Sara Ross is a Technical Artist specialising in sculpture, mould - making, painting, model-making and illustration. Sara has experience in working with a variety of materials such as resins, silicones and soft foams. Sara also has experience in puppet making, set constuction, prop design and making, creative writing and prosthetic and make-up work in the film and T.V industry.

Sara finds most of her inspiration from nature, studying the life of living animals and insects and using her vivid imagination to create her own mythical creatures with an element of realism to them.
Sara also loves to sculpt figuratively and has taken commisions for head sculptures from exhibitions in her local area. Sara has also taken part in childrens creative work shops in London.

Sara provides sculptures for a variety of venues in Cornwall including mythical creatures for the 'Enchanted Deli' gardens at Carnglaze caverns, St. Neot , Liskeard, Cornwall, figurative sculpture for St. Andrews Bistro, St.Ives, Cornwall and Floral sculpture for Wheal Sara Flowers, St. Ives , Cornwall.
